The Live of the Deed includes his wife, Mary, and John Hatton, the brother of Mary. A subsequent Deed date 1725, Vol 47, page 98, number 29642, mf 522813, xviii, substitutes the Lives now listed as Henry Bolton (6), Elizabeth Goodwin and William Bolton (15). The Deed dated 1730, Vol 63, page 484, number 44518, mf 461334, xxiii, grants to Henry Bolton of Ballyragh the property of Cullentragh The Deed dated 1737, Vol 88, pate 335, number 62788, mf 461342, xxxiv, identifies Henry Bolton's eldest daughter as Elizabeth, his second son as John and his youngest son as Phillip. The Deed dated 1749, Vol 170, page 387, number 114370, mf 461371, xliii, shows Henry Bolton of Ballyreah granting to Richard Bolton the property in Ballyedmond and Ballyshanecurragh (Barony of Ballagheen). The Lives of the deed are Elizabeth Bolton, eldest daughter of Henry; John Bolton, second son of Henry; and Philip Bolton, the youngest son of Henry. The Witnesses are James Bolton of Ballyedmond and Abraham Bolton of Ballyduff. The Deed dated 1762, Vol 220, page 527, number 146282, mf 461398. lxiv, substitutes for Henry in an earlier Deed dated 1761 a new Live suggesting that Henry has died between the two Deeds.
