A memorial of an indented deed bearing date the 8 April 1820 and made between Frizwood Arabella Richards of Spa House in the Liberties of the Town of Wexford in the Co of Wexford widow of the first part. Thomas Richards of Spa House aforesaid her eldest son of the second part and the Revd George Richards of Wexford in said Co of Wexford clerk of the third part. Whereby the before named Frizwood Arabella Richards for the considerations in said deed mentioned did grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the said George Richards and to his heirs and assigns all that one undivided third part or share of All That and Those the towns and lands of Annagh, Curraduff, Skinnew, Monmore, Raheenbeg, Ballare, Birdstown, Couzenstown, all that part of the lands of Ballyboggan lately held and enjoyed by Thos Richards Esqre deceased and also the town and lands of Killogues, All situate and being in the Co of Wexford. To hold the said several towns and premises unto the said George Richards his heirs and assigns In Trust and to and for the several uses intents and purposes therein mentioned and contained of and concerning the same and the said Thomas Richards for the considerations therein mentioned did thereby charge and incumber the said towns lands and premises with the payment of a principal sum of £200 stg to be paid and payable to such person and persons as the said Frizwood Arabella Richards should by deed or will appoint and did thereby also release the said Frizwood Arabella Richards her Exors admors and assigns and all the before mentioned towns lands and premises off and from all claims and demands for interest bequeathed to him by the will of the said Thos Richards deceased which said deed and this memorial are repectively witnessed by Jas Richards of Spa House aforesaid Gt Obg George Little of the town of Wexford Attny at Law.
