A memorial of an indented deed bearing date the 8 April 1820 and made between Frizwood Arabella Richards of Spa House in the Liberties of the Town of Wexford in the Co of Wexford widow of the first part. Thomas Richards of Spa House aforesaid her eldest son of the second part and the Revd George Richards of Wexford in said Co of Wexford clerk of the third part. Whereby the before named Frizwood Arabella Richards for the considerations in said deed mentioned did grant bargain sell release and confirm unto the said George Richards and to his heirs and assigns all that one undivided third part or share of All That and Those the towns and lands of Annagh, Curraduff, Skinnew, Monmore, Raheenbeg, Ballare, Birdstown, Couzenstown, all that part of the lands of Ballyboggan lately held and enjoyed by Thos Richards Esqre deceased and also the town and lands of Killogues, All situate and being in the Co of Wexford.
