Perth Courier issue of April 1 1887 says: Died at Tucson Arizona March 11, Duncan S Glascott born in Perth Canada, aged 43 years...was a US registrar in Mississippi after the war...station agent D&RG RR at Denver Colorado . The obituary was picked up from the Superior Guide, Nebraska I wrote to the Arizona Archives and was sent copies of the obituaries for Duncan. It seems that he left Perth with the family and moved to Wisconsin with the family. At some point, he headed to California where he married Susan Hickman in 1883. He also lived in Colorado and was described as a pioneer there. He worked for the railroad in Denver as General Freight Agent of the KPRR. He was buried from the Methodist Church in Pennington. There is no mention of a family. The Archives also sent me a copy of an agreement of sale of some mining claims from Duncan and his wife Susan to E.N. Hudson and Charles Bent. The claims were in the Boboquavari Mtns near Tucson. Information from Ann Belanger
